We are happy to provide a health certificate for your pet’s travel needs. Simply call to schedule an appointment with one of our doctors within 10 days of travel. You can be prepared for the call by clicking here for our Health Certificate Request Form, and ensuring that you have all the information you will need for the appointment. We want to make your time with us as smooth and stress free as possible, so we will be asking several pertinent questions when you call to schedule your appointment, such as “What is your destination address?” and “What requirements does your airline have for pet travel?”. Unfortunately, due to the very strict nature of Hawaii travel protocols, we do not handle health certification for Hawaii travel.
